Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-order purchases may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, orders are locked in and cannot be canceled or refunded as production may have begun.

Items marked as pre-order require production time before shipping. Estimated production time is 3–6 weeks. This timeframe is an estimate and may be shorter depending on manufacturing.
